Lieber ohne Frühstück buchen! Pappgeschirr und Plastikbesteck beim Frühstück fanden wir richtig übel. Etwas mehr Variation beim Frühstück wäre schön gewesen und auch die Qualität könnte besser sein (trockene, harte Waffeln, Philadelphia nur am Wochenende..). Ab 9h gab es kaum mehr Brot, geschweige denn Bagels, die es eh nur am Wochenende gab. Die Orangen waren innen vertrocknet und Bananen gab es auch nicht immer. Es muss ja keine grosse Auswahl geben, aber diese sollte wenigstens von guter Qualität und in ausreichender Menge bis zum Ende der Frühstückszeit da sein. Die Bettdecken waren zT in nicht so gutem Zustand, Zusatzdecken fleckig.

Una de las personas de la recepción era muy poco amabale y con poco servicio de atención. Tenes que pedir 24 hs de anticipación la limpieza de la habitación.

La ubicación perfecta, en plena zona de compras, al lado de la milla magnifica y de la avenida Michigan. La habitación grande y las camas muy cómodas, al igual que las almohadas. El desayuno bastante bien, completo y el comedor cómodo y acogedor para mi gusto. El gimnasio bien también.

La persona que nos atendió a la llegada no fue muy amable y te hacen firmar un documento el cual no me explicó y quería que lo firmara directamente sin leerlo, cosa que no hice, claro. Te hacen pagar una fianza (cosa que en España no pasa) y que te devuelven una o dos semanas después del check-out (y tú si tienes que confiar en que te lo devuelvan, que en mi caso he de decir que si lo me la devolvieron). Estuvimos tres noches y no nos hicieron la habitación ningún día, incluso pidiéndolo.

The front desk staff was always respectful and courteous.

We would leave our room every day at approximately 8:00 AM and return at approximately 9:30 PM. On two separate occasions, we came back to our room and noticed someone had been in the room without our permission or to tidy the room. On the first occasion, someone used the restroom and did not flush the toilet. On the second occasion, we found a bucket of ice that had been sitting on the counter. I called the front desk and notified them each time we noticed something; however, we never received a follow up from a manager as we were told we would. This was our third time staying at the Whitehall and had never experienced this. We like the location as it is around the corner from our daughter's home, however this past visit is making us rethink our accommodations this coming fall/winter.
