Star bucks

The gun fight in front of the hotel both nights we stayed. Terrible. The other hotel guests were fighting in the hall. The staff when we checked in was awful. He didn't present himself very professional. He was rude, his clothing was very sloppy and looked dirty. Terrible!! He wasnt a person i would want representing the hotel. We went to eat at the place in the lower level of hotel, no one was around. We waited 20 minutes, ordered beer and a pizza, the pizza tasted like a cardboard pizza, my salad was wilted lettuce with a sprinkle of mozzarella cheese. Wtf?! Way to over priced. The 1st day of breakfast, I requested cup of coffee, she walked away, never got my coffee. My husband went and got us both a cup. She never came back to our table except to give us a bill, and said we could leave her tip on it. Nope.

We didn't realize that an attendant needed to use a key card (from the lobby) to let us up to the 26th floor for the rooftop bar.
