Hilton St. Louis at the Ballpark

Dalisha provided outstanding customer service throughout my stay. She was friendly, professional, and attentive to every detail. Her positive attitude and willingness to help made my experience exceptional!

Dalisha was such a bright light at the front desk when I came in at night to turn in. The hotel located directly across from the baseball stadium was amazing. With that being said. It was extremely busy this past weekend with the Cardinals vs the Cubs.

I was in town for a business expo and after a long day of sitting through sales pitches, trainings.....etc, I was able to take the edge off with a nice cold beverage at the downstairs "Market Street Bar", the bartender, Trisha is a true professional that not only managed a room full of needy patrons, but she did so with a warm demeanor and smile the whole time. Additionally, she was great to suggest some local spots to try out that you don't see on trip advisor! My glass was definitely full and I felt at home! Bravo Trisha

room was hot even with a/c on. toilet over flowed more than once. staff was quick to respond, but problem was never solved. had to use restroom out side of room.

The close proximity to the ball park

I was on the 3rd floor, paid over $300 for 1 night... the bathroom had hair on the wall, the toilet kept bubbling up and spilling water all over the floor. This kept me up all night. When I said something about it to the front desk, they didn't seem interested. Not even an apology. I won't stay here again. Definitely not worth the money I spent!!

The hotel refused to communicate with me. I gave them 3 weeks notice.
