TJ at the front desk made our stay at the Hilton at Ballpark Village exceptional. From the moment we checked in, he was professional, friendly, and genuinely helpful. You can tell he takes pride in making guests feel welcome. He answered every question we had about the hotel and the area around Busch Stadium, gave great recommendations, and handled everything quickly while still making the interaction feel personal. After a long day of travel, having someone with that kind of positive attitude really stood out. The hotel itself was great, but employees like TJ are what make people want to come back. If management sees this — he deserves recognition for the way he treats guests. Highly recommend staying here, especially if you’re lucky enough to be helped by TJ at the front desk. Location near ballpark

No cold water in sink the entirety of stay despite repeated requests and repeated promises by staff.

You absolutely cannot beat the location of this hotel! It is right next to the stadium and incredibly close to all the great restaurants in the area, making it the perfect spot for catching a game and grabbing a bite to eat. The staff here is fantastic—everyone we interacted with was incredibly helpful, friendly, and accommodating throughout our stay. My only real complaint is the condition of the guest rooms. They definitely feel tired and are showing their age. The hotel really needs to invest in renovating the rooms to bring them up to the standard of the amazing location and staff. Overall, a great place to stay for convenience, but the rooms themselves could use some love!

A nice experience and yet right by the park. Octevia and Lawrence were very friendly and accommodating. When one desk agent was being just plain and not caring, Lawrence took ownership and made us feel welcomed and found solutions. Octevia what can I say, most certainly a team member that knows her guest service skills to the max. I hope they value her as much as we did when we stayed, kudos Octevia! Hope to see you again! Didn’t really get to try the other features of the hotel but would definitely recommend especially for game days.

Over 20 minutes to gain entry to the driveway to valet the car for $50. Check in was slow and finally I get assistance and the room is not ready. We wait 45 minutes, no call from the desk, so I return to the front desk. Finally get a key and 35 people are lined up for the elevators. A rude guy was managing the elevators and after 1 hour and 30 minutes, a room. Off to a ballgame, game over at 9:30, we return to the rooftop bar to be told the kitchen closed at 10PM. Had a terrible drink and came back to the room. My advice, stay anywhere else. This place has no service, no obvious care to provide customer service and charges as if it is the last hotel in the city.

Great location

Hotel is great location to the Arch!! Rooftop bar a must do! Rooms are nice, bed good but why don’t they use fitted sheets anymore! I wrestled with my bottom sheet all night. Our best experience was with Octavia the front desk person. She was so helpful, patient and professional in checking us in. She gets five stars on her own.!!!
