Hilton St. Louis at the Ballpark

The location was nice and the view as well.

The room we were in was way too small, it was hot in the room, the toilet didn’t flush and the bathtub hardly worked.

I went to this hotel as part of Masonic conference for 11 states. From the moment I arrived, the valet parking was full. The QR code at the parking garage wasn't working, so we were told to speak to someone at the front desk to get a code from them because regular parking was like $60 dollars a day. In the east tower, I selected a room on the 22nd floor for the view before my arrival. I had no idea that the east tower shared elevators with the nightclub on the roof. There was one elevator down of the three my first night. When I got to my room, the internet was down so the TV wasn't working. My remote was absolutely filthy! It was covered in dead skin, dirt, or something else that was caked into the grooves of the remote. I scrapped some of the crap off into a piece of tissue and took it to the front desk. Along with pictures of the remote. The lady behind the desk didn't even offer an apology. Just a $15 dollar drink voucher or 1,000 Hilton points (which she never applied). When I took a shower, the top portion hand rail was not secured (I took pictures of that as well). The elevator situation only got worse. So bad that people were using the service elevator. And at one point all 3 elevators were inoperable. The fire department had to come and get people who were stuck between floors off the elevator. AND a pipe burst on one of the floors which leaked onto the floors below. There's simply no way this hotel could be associated with Hilton right?! To get to my room to prepare for a meeting and arrive on time, I had to climb 22 flights of stairs. Since then, my wife has reached out to Hilton multiple times. I have reached out to Hilton as well and the response back from them has been very disappointing. They offer 20,000 Hilton points and say that's all they can do. One agent even hung up on my wife. It's extremely disappointing when you think that Hilton was trusted with an event of this magnitude, and yet we were made to feel so small and insignificant. I've stayed at quite a few Hilton Hotels, and I can say without a doubt. This was the ABSOLUTE WORST. I pray that the next time we hold this event in St. Louis, we will not use your hotel.

Hotel is right next to the stadium. No complaints, room was clean and comfortable. Lobby was nice.

I liked the location.

Did not like that you had to pay to park, my room had nothing but hot water we could not shower or brush her teeth before we left

Rooms are very used, bathrooms small and confined and need an update.

Another wonderful stay at this hotel. As a frequent traveler to st louis, the staff has come to remember me and are always cordial. This trip I was given an upgrade as a Diamond status to a 2 bedroom suite overl9oking the arch which was a nice amenity to have with room to roam. I continue to enjoy the new expanded fitness center with new equipment and space to spread out. The only thing missing are floor mats for strength training and stetching. Looking forward to my next visit to St Louis.
