"Excellent Customer Service"

I wholeheartedly recommend the Marriott Riverwalk. The location is excellent, but what truly sets this property apart is the exceptional staff. They are the reason we will return. We chose this hotel for its convenience to the Lila Cockrell Theatre, where my child was performing in the Nutcracker. From the moment we checked in, the team was welcoming, honored my Marriott status, and delivered outstanding customer service. During our stay, we experienced an accident in our room (entirely our fault). The compassion and professionalism shown by the front desk team (Candice and Val) and maintenance (Roscoe) were remarkable. They turned a stressful situation into a manageable one, and I cannot thank them enough. I hope they receive recognition for going above and beyond. Thank you for making our experience memorable.

Matthew at the Bell stand was so kind and personable and helpful. Really made us feel welcome and at home. The hotel was beautiful and clean and I enjoyed the gym as well

"First Class Service with a Smile!"

Love Marriott Riverwalk perfect location, perfect team, amazing customer service. I am on the road alot and was happy to be kindly greeted from the moment I walked in the door. While breakfast in the concierge lounge was great, the service Lupe provided was impeccable! She was friendly, fun to talk with and goes above and beyond to make sure her guests are taken care of! Thank you, Super for making a great impression!

"Town Park Valet service top notch!!"

I always stay here when I come to SA. Great location right in the heart of downtown and the rooms are clean, service is on point and nice amenities. Town Park Valet service is also top notch. Tray was super helpful and he deserves a raise for his hard work and attention to detail. Thanks Tray!!

"Convenient hotel to river walk"

Great hotel at the top of the river walk. We were fortunate to get Trevor at checkin. Recognized our Bonvoy status and Upgraded us immediately. Super nice, helpful, professional, and delightful. One exception (and a BIG one) even as a guest we were charged $71+tax per day for valet/parking even though staying at the hotel. Well beyond outrageous and why it gets a 4 star. Without and with Treavor, would have been a 5 star. Management. Please recognize Trevor and lower your parking rate for guests.
