"Would stay again."

Location and staff were the best. Very friendly and welcoming staff. Lobby is beautiful. Pool was great and we had a really nice time. Location is good as it was a short drive to Hershey attractions.

Food prices too high. We didn't have a bathroom door as it would not close. We reported it but we should have received a discount for that inconvenience. There was no bathroom privacy. Only one bed was made up during room cleaning and we don't know why!

We had a room with 2 beds; one was very evidently broken- loud and dented in on the far right side and the other bed was not made with sheets (fitted or flat). The tub had dirty shoe prints in them and the room smelled overwhelmingly like smoke.

"Very clean, comfortable hotel with friendly staff"

Very friendly, helpful and accommodating staff. Super comfortable bed! Very clean hotel. Didn’t go swimming but the pool looked great!

Bathroom door knob came loose and toilet flush is supersonic. Shower curtain is too short and water got on the floor, but it was still a great hotel experience.

The front desk personnel are amazing! Since I was at a conference, I didn't have time to explore the amenities the hotel had to offer, but this will be where we stay for our next non-business visit to the Harrisburg area.
