"A nice family friendly hotel and a great location"

A really nice hotel and a great location. It's going through a renovation, but we got one of the newly renovated rooms which was really nice. Nice restaurant. Great pool. It is close to harrisburg and hershey park and close to the highway. Really kid friendly. Good breakfast buffet. Friendly staff.

Front desk JD was rude and had an attitude! Restaurant food was good and the waitress was vey sweet! The pool area is nice and pool temp was great! The room looks very clean but when you take a closer look there are ants and they were crawling on my bag and the rug and floor outside of bathroom area! Housekeeping knocked on the door at 8am to see if we left yet! Checkout is not til 11! I expressed these issues to manager and all I got was ok! Not I'm sorry, I'll look into it or comp or something!!!!

Just very average. My main issue was this place was lack of AC and USB outlets at the desk and bedside table. You would think that in today’s electronic world that you wouldn’t have to crawl under the SES and unplug the coffee maker in order to plug in your laptop. That is ridiculous in 2023. Everything else was just average and outdated.
