"Great stay in Hershey"

Great hotel! Close to all the attractions and downtown Hershey! I took my daughters for a girls weekend to see Mama Mia at Hershey theater and the location was perfect! Anne and Nes at the front desk were so welcoming and helpful and friendly. They answered all our questions, gave some great suggestions and got us checked in to great rooms quickly!

"The 02 rooms on each floor are LOUD"

The hotel is conveniently located to the airport, seems to have a nice restaurant. However, it is definitely a family and conference hotel so there is a need to negotiate the halls to the guest elevators. It was relatively clean. Older hotel they have kind of renovated. When I checked in, I was using 1/2 Marriott points and 1/2 cash for the room. I was told that I needed my wife's approval to stay as her name is the one on the Marriott account. In the 12 years we have had and used this account, that has never happened. I was also "upgraded" but the room was located next to the freight elevator and just around the corner from the guest elevators. All night - all I heard was the freight elevator, all of the people getting off and on the elevators, etc. Not a restful place.

"You won’t be disappointed…"

Very comfortable hotel rooms with all the amenities, including a well appointed workout facility and indoor/outdoor pool. The reason that I love this hotel is the friendly and helpful hotel staff. They always seem truly happy to see you when you walk through the door, especially Nishi. My go-to hotel anytime I am traveling through PA!

The indoor outdoor swimming pool. The restaurant. The restaurant timings.

The door of the bathroom was like a closet door and did not close properly. The waiter asked too many personal questions about where I was from.

Room was comfortable. Dinner in restaurant was quite good -hotel food sometimes is not. Meeting rooms were comfortable and temperature regulation was good (not too hot or too cool, as is sometimes a problem).

I hate locations out on an interstate. I much prefer in-town, but this is in part because where feasible, I prefer to travel by train. I realize most people drive and often don't want to be in the city, if it is not an attractive one with good restaurants etc. Of course, this was a reasonable choice of the organizations (American College of Physicians).
