Holiday Inn Asheville - Biltmore West by IHG

Beds were comfortable. Room was clean. Nice location. Most of staff were friendly and helpful. With the exception of the blonde haired bartender. My husband could not get her attention to help him. He finally gave up and left.

U could hear every little noise from the rooms next door and halls. Could hear man in room next to us snoring all night. Pool couldve been nice if it looked cleaner. Bottom appeared dirty.

Breakfast at hotel was good, location for myself was excellent..

When we checked in, they could have told me that the pool was closed and waiting for health department to open.. I would have stayed somewhere else, 80 degrees and humid and no pool...

Clean and quite

The bathroom tile grout was stained & gross and the alarm clock not set by us but went off at 6am. The off switch was not working and could not be unplugged. It went off every 10 minutes. We got up hours before we wanted to and left. We asked to speak to a manager and there was not one on duty. We left our number because we were told a manager would be in soon. We called later in the day just to be told again, no manager on duty. What? Obviously some changes need to made. How is it that no one could address our concerns?

The room was very nice. I liked the pool area and the bar/restaurant area.

The remote on my tv did not work

This place did it right for me. Clean, tidy in good condition. Rooms were nicely setup, with good bed and bedding, warm shower and the towels are still soft. Bar and food passed the test and the beer was cold. Breakfast was w bit lacklustre, they could have tried harder - the eggs were one solid lump! I left the hotel happy with the experience and rested, so good show.
