We did not spend much time in the hotel on our visit, but the room was nice, the bed and linens were great. The breakfast was a little expensive so we found other places to eat. We did not want a buffet - too much food for us.

"Would have been good if not for the awful clerk on Sunday morning."

Close to Biltmore. Nice fridge in room. Nice hot water in bath.

The desk clerk on Sunday morning July 13 was very rude. She put the reservation through twice and didn’t care so I had to go the next day and get another desk clerk to fix it. The very rude woman was in her 50s and blonde. She should be fired.

I enjoyed my visit. The staff members were all polite, helpful, courteous and nice. The bed was extremely comfortable. The lighting in the bathroom was great for makeup and hair. I had problems with understanding how the AC in the room worked, but staff helped me out with that,
