Convient to Asheville and the airport. Nice common areas to hang out in. It was nice to have a bar and restaurant inside the hotel. Food and drinks were good.

Located close to our destination

Pet friendly so it smelled like dog, older building so one elevator was out of order, shower drain was slow and toilet needed a couple attempts to flush

The air in my room was not working. I called the front desk, and a staff member came to the room and fiddled with it. The air began to work. Around 1 am, I woke up, and the air had stopped working again. I had an early morning, so I didn’t contact the office again. I had to get out early the next morning, but I had a very sleepless night.
