Very comfortable room. Great shower, comfortable bed.

Extremely confused with having Ito pay $43 dollars for two breakfasts the morning. Consisting of cold scrambled eggs, sausages, and potato home fries,after we'd chosen and sat at our table. Your website offers a FREE breakfast, and not a cold one. I would something a little better from.a Marriott.

"Not up to Marriott standards"

Clearly the manager has never looked at the property from the perspective of a customer. Arrived at night in rain. Parking lot full had to lane out back. No problem there is a big sign there “lobby.” Standing there in rain can’t get in without a key. Why have the sign? They could have had a button to talk to front desk and get buzzed in. Desk says they get that complaint before. Get to room. No water bottles. A full Marriott at $250 a night and they can’t leave water in the room? Is this Motel 6? Called front desk for water. Phone rings three times then disconnects. System is broken. Went to front desk. They are busy. Wait in line for water. Desk staff is nice. They have already told manager rooms should have water. Manager has not made it happen. Next morning for breakfast. Pancakes and crispy bacon. 20+ minutes for food. Bacon is soggy. Sorry they are waiting for the oven to heat up. Ate the pancakes (excellent) and left never got the bacon. Waitress said she told them first time bacon was wrong. Why did they serve it? Overall this facility needs a new general manager.

The staff were all really helpful and nice. The woman at the bar was awesome.

The heating system was pretty abysmal. Blew cold air for 45 minutes. And then wherever I was I. The room, the air was blowing on me. There was a pile of hair on the floor by the door. More in the bathroom. The phone charger by the bed didn’t work. The shower leaked and was wicked dated. And the room was extremely dark, due to lack of an overhead.
