"Only stayed one night. It was pleasant and I'd stay again."

The breakfast was quite delicious and the wait staff who was serving was very pleasant and efficient.

There was no water pressure in the toilet.

My experience at the Marriott Albany was top notch . The customer service made all the difference. Ms. Hazel -Ann , Mr. Brian and Ms. Holly were amazing. They went above and beyond to make sure my reservation was correct and my stay was pleasent .

Convenient, beds were cofortable, staff was really helpful. The bar/restaurant was great and the Starbucks counter in the hotel was a welcome alternative to a free continental breakfast. Also, although the website says there are no car chargers, there are 3 chargepoint car chargers in the adjacent lot. Very convenient.

Our first night we were in a room next to the elevator shaft which wasn't the end of the world but I'd ask to not be there next time.

This hotel has gone down the tubes! They put me in a room next to an elevator that sounded like a rollercoaster all night. They said there were no rooms available and told me they were going to give me a big discount and manager gave $40. Joke! There was also 2 stink bugs in our room. Stay elsewhere

"We enjoyed the comfort of the bed and the restaurant had great burgers!"

The bed was super comfortable and the room was really clean. There were no weird smells or massive amounts of cleaning stray used.

Check in was tough due to so many events taking place.
