Good service, room was clean and conformable, and having a glass of wine at the bar was relaxing

Expensive, location is ok if you are happy to drive to get anything

Tall price and not much to show for it. Neither breakfast nor internet included, unusual for a hotel at the airport. Fridge but no microwave Staff friendly and helpful

The hotel is seriously dated and rundown with slipshod repairs, uncleanliness in some areas, doors and WIFI not working along with a front desk that was sometimes understaffed so if you called them, they would not answer the phone or would hang up right away. The two positives were the banquet staff along with the banquets they provided and the shuttle. The banquet staff was a symphony of precision and the shuttle was nice and smooth. The first room I was given was 247 which I can only describe at probably the worst hotel room I have ever been in: Dirty carpet, poor repair and paint jobs that still showed the work afterwards, shower curtain half hanging on. I tried to reattach it but it fell again. The shower spray nozzle on a cord was wrapped around the grip bar and could not be unwrapped—for some reason. I have no idea. You had to be a midget to use the it. The closet was very low too for hanging clothes and storing items. Drawers missing screws and off track. I wonder if the room was an accessible room because I did not need it. I tried to leave the room but was locked in. I had to call for help. Maintenance man seemed to blame me for the door not working and getting locked in room. He basically said I did not slam it hard enough when I closed it. It happened twice. Luckily, I was switched to room 445 but it an inconvenience after I had already unpacked. The new room was quite a bit better—cleaner, some chipping on door and paint along with substandard repair jobs. The only real negatives for this room, there was a stain on the sofa bed and the room was quite crowded and the layout of furniture did not make much sense. WIFI, locks to pool sometimes worked, both pools were dirty on the bottom, corners, and tiles. Elevators broke a few times. The first two mornings we had a nice breakfast with a coupon in a big dining room with big round tables. The last day since our group was smaller, we were in the across the hall smaller dining room which had booths and tables. A sign said seat yourself which I did. No one came and greeted me almost the whole time I was there until I was almost done eating, and then I was asked if I needed something. I had sat myself in a booth, and the lady who appeared that she was a head server did not like that I sat in a booth as a solo diner. No one guided me at my entrance. She made another older man with a cane move to a regular table. She waved her hand at me one time like I should be ignored which appears I did not follow her unwritten rules for the dining room. The buffet staff and their food were great. They served many of with some good food in a timely manner. Very smooth operation. Shuttle ran smooth too. This hotel does not match the Marriott name and the worst one I have ever stayed at.

You must call the hotel directly to request shuttle pick up from the airport. The first four times I called, I received a busy signal. The fifth time, I was told a shuttle would be arriving shortly. After waiting for an hour, I called again. They took my phone number, promised the shuttle would arrive in 20 minutes and stated the driver would call me. The driver did not call, but the shuttle finally arrived. Prior to my flight home, I inquired about signing up for the shuttle to take me to the airport and was informed there is no shuttle schedule. I was advised to check out 10 minutes prior to requesting a shuttle. I checked out 30 minutes before, the driver made us wait, and despite knowing two of us were waiting, said nothing as he loaded another passenger's luggage. I explained I had difficulty getting into the shuttle the first time. The driver allowed me to sit in the front passenger seat but did not check to see if I needed assistance getting out. Instead, a kind airline pilot and another passenger assisted me out of the shuttle. Once inside the airport, I saw the driver had deposited us at the furthest door from the escalator leading to security.

The Shower and bed were very good! The staff was extremely pleasant, without exception, it's always nice to have free parking, and the breakfasts (only meal eaten in the hotel) were very good!

The toilet was too low and at 6'1" i didn't have enough room between the toilet and the shower.

My room was so filled with dust. I left a note for the housekeeper to clean the air conditioning vent. She did not clean it but she did leaving a bottle of cleaner on the bathroom sink. I called front desk to send someone to clean. After spending 30 minutes to clean, I was satisfied. She had to use 2 washcloths to remove the dust. I took photos of the cloths. The phone was very dusty as I had to use it to call front desk. The air conditioner was very noisy. The hotel needs to be remodeled. Even their Concierge Lounge was very unappealing. I would never stay there again. There are many other choices and less expensive.

When we arrived at the hotel, I was a little concerned by how rundown the front entrance looked. The inside was dated but overall would be fine, except that there were multiple giant garbage bins and towels all over the floor in the main lobby due to water leaking from the ceiling. Our room wasn’t bad but the bathroom was very dated with cracked tile, mildew, and hair that was not ours on the door and in the shower. We had dinner at the hotel. The food was actually decent but our meals came out one person at a time. My daughter was actually finished with her meal by the time my food came out. They did give us a free dessert after we asked when my food would be coming. We had a nice night on the outside patio. This morning, we tried to order breakfast room service but nobody would answer the phone. We tried calling the front desk and they said to keep trying to call the room service line. After about 15 minutes we called the front desk again but they didn’t have any solutions for us and didn’t seem to care so we got donuts instead. This wasn’t the worst hotel ever but it’s definitely not what you would expect from a Marriott. We are frequently travelers and often stay at Marriott properties and we would not stay here again.
