"Confused Staff Not Worthy of Marriott Name"

Even though email confirmations for three rooms that stated King Rooms, two were switched to Queen beds. The local Front Desk Staff also mixed up the Guest assignments for a retired Pentagon General's access to Concierge and Rocket Room as well as the prior Credit Card Authorization forcing the general to use his person card. What a mess!

Very dirty. They even didn’t change the bad sheet, has a lot of hair on bad. Disgusting, will never stay again.

The Restaurant food quality and service was poor. The medium-rare burger was well done and burned on its surface. The chicken nuggets were steaming hot when brought to the table unable to eat for 5-10 minutes. No catsup was served with the fries on the chicken nugget platter.
