Rude staff dirty pool

Clean, quiet room. Nice view overlooking the pool area. Bed was comfortable, bathroom was fine.

We stayed in the Cabana section…had to leave the main building to get into this 2-story building. The hallway smelled stale, like there had been a mold issue.

Had everything right there

When I checked in, the hotel was overrun by a 200 + Roudy biker gang. The check in staff apologized about the noise and stated that the women with the biker gang are there for pleasure and questioned as to why I did not know about the biker gang was staying at the hotel. Concerning food on the premises she suggested either door dash in the room or go somewhere else. The reason that I picked this place is because it is directly next to the space camp for my 14-year-old son. We felt unsafe, made complaints about the 1am noise, drug use and the blaring music in the pool, near our room. I will never recommend or stay at this place again. I should have been offered to stay at a different location without a financial penalty.

The personnel were very rude and generally very incompetent. I was not recommend this hotel in the future.

Thee breakfast was very good.

This hotel seems vastly understaffed for the amount of people who come through it, especially on Saturday nights, and Thursday nights when families are dropping off their kids for cspace camp or picking them up. We certainly have this experience. Front desk staff was basically nonexistent. Staff in the dining room was so overwhelmed. People were getting up getting their own coffee, leaving money on the table before their bills were actually presented to them and the light. The only aspect of this hotel that seemed well staffed with the housekeeping, who were knocking on our door at 9 AM despite us having our do not disturb sign out and check out not being until noon. We’re in Huntsville a couple times a year, usually for the cspace camp activities, but will not stay here again.
