I had a lovely stay, the room was clean, spacious and about 5 min walk from La Spezia Centrale station which makes it easier to travel to the villages. Lots of spots to eat around as well. I’d highly recommend staying there if you’re planning on visiting Cinque Terre

Excellent location for both station and port. Lots of restaurants and bars, shops etc in vicinity. Room great, kettle, fridge and our own private terrace with table and chairs. Would definitely stay again.

I have left countless reviews on Airbnb and booking. I have read many more before booking a place. I never understood those who talked about how nice the host is. What does that matter when you pick a place to stay. I have never done that before. This time, I will make an exception. Giovanni was amazing. Super nice guy. He helped us settle in and then gave all the information we needed for the best chinqueterre tour possible. But that is not all, he volunteered his free time and drove with me to park my car for free and then took me to the train station to buy tickets and waited for me to take me back. That was so helpful on such a hot day after a long commute. Thank you Giovanni!!!Location was perfect. Right on the promenade connecting between the train station and the port. 7 minutes walk at most any each way on a beautiful promenade full of shops and eateries. The room was spotless and the beds were super comfortable. The whole place very recently renovated and really well done.

Very friendly and helpful hosts. Clean and quiet, well-equipped room. Excellent location. Lovely balcony/terrace. Snacks and juice provided.

Nothing to dislike.

Everything about this place deserves a praise. It’s located 8 min walks from La Spezia Centrale. 10 min away from Cinque Terre Ferry station. Bus stations and supermarkets were nearby as well. The bed was extremely comfortable, room was clean, facilities worked just fine. The host was super friendly and told us everything we needed to. All in all, I absolutely recommend this place to everyone.

If I had to mention something, I would say the shower was a bit small. But we absolutely loved Giovanni and Tiziana's place. And they were amazing hosts.

I absolutely loved every minute in this accommodation! The host was super friendly and helpful, and the room was very spacious and comfortable. Everything was just renovated and had a nice modern feeling. Also, the bed was AMAZING! The location is perfect, in a quiet street, but right behind all the restaurants and bars that you want to go to! The train station is at walking distance to go to the Cinque Terre. Thanks for everything!

I have no improvement points, as everything was absolutely perfect!
