the place was good and near to train station. everything was good.

The location was great. Close to the train station and the main square. Snacks included with coffee. The bed comfortable. Host was friendly and sent message for easy directions on access

Great location. Could walk anywhere in 10-15 minutes including train station. Great sized room, clean and comfortable.

Nice clean room located in the city center, walking distance to everything in La Spezia and close to the train station to go to Cinque Terre. Even though breakfast isn't included they provide a coffee maker and leave you biscuits, juice and water every day. Giovanni, the host, was extremely helpful and kind!

Good value for money. The host was accommodating and hospitable.

Good location convenient to shops, restaurants, the station and the port. The room had a generous terrace but it was overlooked by many other units

Lots of noise from neighbours audible though walls and ceiling: had to sleep at times. Three ensuite rooms have been created in a small apartment and the landlord does not live on site; limited security for the solo traveler. Breakfast was access to a coffee machine and some plastic wrapped mass produced cakes.
