The service was excellent. Central location near the Central train station. Room was spacious.

Staff molto cordiale, camere molto curate e comode.

Elite 19 è ideale per la vacanza perfetta. Location in pieno centro comodo per la stazione. Un piccolo gioiello con camere nuove ben arredate, spaziose e comodissime, specialmente nei materassi per un dolce sonno. E poi la cortesia è affabilità di Giovanni e Tiziana che vi accolgono come foste loro parenti mettendovi a disposizione compresi nel prezzo succo e acqua, oltre che cialde del caffè e plumcake, una vera coccola.

The place has very good location. Neat to train station and everything is just walking distance. The room was very clean and bad was very comfortable. Always were avaliable an unlimited snakes and coffee.

We didn't think it was great value for money but the place was very clean and we had the basic amenities. Access to an iron etc would have been good considering the property markets itself as a "hotel". Comfortable mattress that the owner took pride in! Very friendly staff.

We did not appreciate that the day before check in, the owner sent a message saying that the terrace could not be used because of renovation. They offered a free cancellation. I think the owner should have given us more time as it appeared the renovations had been taking place for a while.

A very nice place to stay for 3 days while exploring Cinque Terre. Short walk to train station, many restaurants nearby.

Wifi was only OK
