Room was a reasonable size . Close to railway station.. host was very accommodating even to the point of assisting us to railway station on departure.

Only a three room set with barely any reception area. No couches or area to relax outside of room.

"Great choice for short stay in La Spezia"

We really enjoyed our stay here. The communication with the owner regarding check-in went smoothly. The room was clean and cozy with very comfortable bed. Location is close to really everything (from central station on one side, to ferry port on the other) and it's in a quiet neighbourhood.
