Just what i needed !
USStaff was friendly.
There were so many issues in the room. Not power cable for the TV, the bathroom and bathtub looked spray painted. There were spiders everywhere. One of the overhead shelves was coming off the wall. The towels and sheets had stains on them. This hotel needs a lot of TLC...
The inside of the room was nice but everything else was just ok
in a complete cheap repair of the facilities. poor construction habits. sloppy paint jobs. the room was nicer than expected, however the lock quit working and they didnt fix the key issue. so if i left a cleaning person had to let me back in. upon checkout there was no one at the desk and i had to leave my room card on a window sill as i could not leave it in the room with the broken lock
Charged me twice for the deposit and did not reimburse one. I called several times to correct this and they said “no we didn’t”. Blanket was the equivalent of a shower curtain. Dirty. Weather stripping vibrates very loudly in the wind and woke me up several times. No fridge in my room. No Wi-Fi in my room. I would not stay here again.
Exposed junction boxes. Sheets with large numbers of visible stains. Wifi does not actually reach rooms.
They took my money a d refused to give it back saying the room was dirty it was like that when 8 arrived
Clean quiet place
The hotel is being renovated. I did not care because all I need was aclean and quiet place to sleep on my road trip. Everythin was okay until I took a shower in the morning. There was soap from the previous guest. I concluded that the shower had not been cleaned. Luckily for me, I wasn't completely grossed out due to my years of cleege dorm living. I was disappointed that the staff could not be bothered to at least clean the room.
They first couldn't find my reservation. The room was clean but the property needs repair.
