Bad, worst and beyond, worst hotel in years
The pictures online are very deceiving. This property is basically an abandoned motel that should be demolished. Setting at the end of an industrial park. Our room was disgusting. Dirt, hair, dead bugs, everywhere in the room. I had to go to the store and buy our own pillows. The ones in the room had huge stains on them. I tore the sheets off the bed. And had to take all the Bethmann‘s outside and shake them because of the human hair that covered them. Everything in the room was old and worn out and gross.
Shower tiles fell on my head while in shower. Mold everywhere...
Public access issue with service dog. Owner demanded to see ID and wanted to charge pet fee. Educated owner on ADA and then wasn't charged the additional fee. Room accomodations met our need but it wasn't the cleanest. There were cobwebs, it was dusty, there were dirty sheets to include a blood stain the size of a dime. We slept on top of the flat sheet. No hair dryer provided. Microwave and aged mini fridge in room but didnt use them. There was an attempt to update the room with a new sink but several unpatched holes in the walls the size of a nickel. Breakfast provided was dry cereal and some mini doughnuts. There was no coffee available.
Nasty place. Lots of homeless. Owner decide to charge extra fees because the nightly rate was paid after 3pm. Held personal stuff hostage. Was working and staying here for over a week, he knew we were coming back every night. Garbage and bugs everywhere
Property has not been updated. It looked like a motel room from a slasher movie. Pretty gross. Didn’t even sleep under the covers.
Not good. Water was yellow, tv didn’t work, sheets had some staining, furniture in poor condition.
It needs upgrades ,toliet leaking, not enough towels, getting lock out of the hotel , no breakfast offer or coffee

This hotel needs to be torn down and rebuilt. My room was dirty. Bedding had holes. Water from tap at bathroom sink came out yellow. Toilet was for toddlers. Smelled bad and air conditioner was so loud I had to leave it on fan only so I could sleep.
