"Great base for exploring Brisbane"

We only stayed two nights, but rate this hotel very highly. Modern and luxurious with all the facilities you might need. Very well placed for exploring Brisbane, although the entrance to the hotel is a bit difficult to find at first. The staff were very friendly and helpful and the buffet breakfast was excellent.

"Great stay in Brisbane"

Really enjoyed our stay here. Very good location, close to central station and walking distance to southbank, Brunswick st and fortitude valley. Lennons bar was very nice and had a good atmosphere. Pool area was lovely. Hotel staff were very friendly and helpful. Room was comfy and stylish. Wish our stay was longer. Would definitely stay again if ever in Brisbane.

"Good luxury hotel"

Nice hotel - very good service. I like that there is 24 basic food available by reception- also the complimentary water and soft drinks gives a nice atmosphere. Good position in middle of Mall. surprised that room didn't have basic business facility of a dest- there was a round table but no office desk.

"Excellent city centre hotel"

Very comfortable and welcoming hotel in a great location. We were upgraded on arrival to a river view room which was spotless with lovely quality bedding and towels. We were on a high floor and had a great view. Breakfast was also very good with coffee made to order. Would happily return.

"Don’t go unless you need to stay near Queen Mall"

Great location and second level bar. Shower had inconsistent temp, poor staff communication throughout my stay, front desk locked me out multiple times. Terrible and would not return or recommend.
