"Great city centre hotel"

Great location for Brisbane centre - Reception staff so friendly and very helpful great view in bedroom Very busy whilst we visited so staff pushed to limits at breakfast times but dealt with it with a smile

"Overall fine, pool far too small for size of hotel"

Overall fine, room was clean but small, no way to turn bathroom light on without lighting up whole room. Main complaint was the pool: looks big online but the hotel has 292 rooms and the pool can take a maximum of 25 people, at which point no one else is allowed to enter. So unless you’re up very early, you won’t get to use the pool.

"A weekend in Brisbane"

Great hotel in a good location. Brisbane was a revelation. Did not use the pool because of rain in sunny Brisbane. Rooms were clean, staff excellent.

This hotel is brilliantly located on the Queen Street Mall. The options for meals outside of the hotel are bountiful. That said, Lennon's restaurant is a wonderful place to have a relaxing dinner. Good food and lovely ambiance.

"Brisbane surprise."

Great location to quality shopping and great restaurants in the area. Pulling up to the entrance in an alley can be a bit unnerving at first but the other entrance exits directly on to Queen Street mall. Pleasantly surprised.

"Highly recommended"

I’ve stayed at the Hyatt a couple of times over the last year or so. It’s convenient to shopping, close to the Star casino, just over the road from the river. Delicious meals at the restaurant although the scrambled eggs in the morning could use some work. Very happy with our most recent stay, staff are always very friendly and prepared to help with anything required. Highly recommended.
