"Ok hotel in centre of business district"

The hotel is right in the centre of the business district - if you want to eat out you need to to check what’s open as we were there at weekend and there are not many good restaurants around the area. We travelled by public transport to the hotel (air train) and it’s a fair walk with big suitcases to the hotel in pedestrian only precinct.

"Great Hotel in the very Heart of the Brisbane CBD"

Great Hotel in the heart of Brisbane CBD & shopping Centre. Hotel was close to restaurants, bars, shopping and Museums. A short walk across the bridge just down from the hotel brought you to the Southbank entertainment and shopping precinct.

"Yes, but NO!"

I wqs disappointed that the room level and their assurance that I could be accommodated on a lower floor was on my profile. On arrival, this did not happen though on further investigation it was obviously recorded. Then I had to stand at the front desk and argued my position. I was very disappointed with having to do that.

"Teenage and therefore parent heaven"

We wanted accommodation where our teenage daughters could lie by a pool and independently leave the hotel to go shopping. We also wanted somewhere to lie by the pool and be close to museums, restaurants and the river. The Hyatt was perfect in all regards and has high-quality accommodation.
