This property is a bit run down for the price. Concerningly, the pool room was not locked, and a young boy wandered in on his own. This is extremely dangerous. I warned the staff and they did make sure the pool room was locked after this incident.

The shower had mold in it. Sheets had specs of dried blood on them. Was very expensive.

"The Place To Stay in Saratoga Springs NY"

This is my favorite hotel in Saratoga Springs NY. Staff is fabulous! Location phenomenal! And I rarely need to ask for a second room as the property is super clean. (An excellent attribute for a hotel). I just love this place!

I booked the hotel through Expedia. Paid for the room. Flight was cancelled from Delta and expedia and Hotel refused to cancel or refund. It was not my fault it was an act of god. If they arent reasonable enough to understand and refund accordingly then i will never do business with them ever again. either company expedia or hilton. money hungry. it doesnt pay to be greedy!!!
