No much. Hate paper plates and silverware

Dining room dull and dark. Food just ok. Staff not very friendly A smile would be nice! Whole hotel needs updating an old Holiday Inn!

From the parking garage, I had to drag my luggage up four steps in the lobby which was difficult.

Hotel was too expensive and they charged me for parking. Not going to stay there anymore. And no complimentary breakfast for the HIGH price

The staff at this property is top notch. The location is ideal.

Bedsheets and towels were new and very clean; staff was extremely helpful and polite

Great location. Close to the Amtrak train station and shops and restaurants in Downtown Saratoga. Comfortable room.

There needs to be clarity that the amenities charge is above the room charge. I kept getting emails about the total cost of the room but when I checked in the amenities charge added approximately $200. It would have been clearer if I had been told the amenities fee along with the room cost since the hotel sent emails. There was also confusion about whether we had to use one credit card as opposed to two cards since I was sharing a room. The restaurant was short staffed so it took awhile to be seated and served when we went for dinner. We have been here before and it was not like that; in the past the wait staff seemed more relaxed while carrying out their duties.
