"Good hotel, great price."

The hotel was nice. The convention center has great appeal. The rooms are good, a little dated and in need of replacing wallpaper, furniture, tile, etc. The hotel staff was great. Very kind.

"Used To Be Better."

The staff was courteous... There was a working elevator.

We booked and paid for 2 rooms and requested close proximity to each other. When we arrived (after 5 p.m.) Only one room was ready and there was no guarantee that we would get the 2nd. And "close proximity" was out... one room on the 5th floor the other on the 8th.

"Don’t waste your time"

Wouldn’t even give this 1 star. I have never been so disgusted by a stay and staff. I was treated horribly upon checking in. Came into our room and air didn’t work and it just smelt musty, which I know exactly what that smell means. Room was very poorly cleaned as well. We turned right back around and said I would like a refund. They are not making it easy to get that. So disappointed with this experience
