Clarion Hotel Somerset - New Brunswick

The bed was comfortable and clean. There is not one other thing that I liked.

No hair dryer. Almost no tv channels. Furniture old and dirty. Curtains dirty. Rooms smell, corridor smells of pot. The tap in the shower barely working. Light fixtures all broken, 2 out of 3 light did not work. Windows were glued shut with silicone. AC noisy as the bowels of hell. 3 stars???? Compared to what? A carriage tent?

Totally different room, dirty, old, etc.

Its an older hotel. Had an old hotel smell to the room.

Clean, cozy, well-priced, easy to find

Good one. Will book next time as well

This hotel room was disgusting. Filthy no water in tub. Sheets dirty.

omg where do I start? stained walls and furniture, no working room phone (cuz they prolly don’t want anyone to call and complain,, no smart tv just cable with bad reception,, no recycling, no gym, no hot tub; asked them not to clean the room and they came in anyway but all they did was make the bed, didn’t replace towels, coffee, tp, etc,,,,emptied garbage but didn’t throw out spent pizza box or food and coffee wrappings,,wine forts got there there were still old coffee grounds in coffee pot,, charge for lobby coffee! had to go down to front desk multiple times to get coffee for the room and they kept sending a guy who was sleeping on lobby chair with a hooters cup at his side to get it and he kept coming back w decaf even this I told them regular! no one at front desk most of the time , shower shifts between hot ad cold, mold in grout in tub,, gross. Place is gross , don’t stay here.

Cleanliness and building maintenance needs better improvement.
