"Parking awful. No customer service. When they had double booked us."

Double booked our room. Key worked. Open door to someone shitting on toilet. Would not give us our money back at desk when we return our key. Said we had to get it back from booking.com. Whole experience was a disaster. Horrible parking too.

"Marquette Weekend"

Very nice hotel in downtown Marquette Michigan. Clean rooms, friendly staff, nice pool area, with only a couple of small issues that were worked out quickly. I will definitely stay again.
