George made me feel at home while away from home! His service was incredible, hospitable, and always with a warm smile.

I’ve visited the Waterstone Hotel several times, and several people stood out to me but I would be remised if I did not mention George. He’s always kind, courteous and greet me with a big smile. We need more people like him, he makes me feel at home.

My mom and I had the most amazing stay during our vacation to Boca Raton in late March. We absolutely loved our room with a beautiful view and the incredible breakfast at SeaSpray restaurant onsite. We always find that it’s the people that make our vacations the most memorable and I have to take a moment to recognize George - I am not sure of his position, but I believe he may be concierge - he was outstanding!! He visited with us like we were good friends, and our visits with George were the highlight of our day - it’s people like him that made our stay exceptional. The front desk, team, servers and housekeeping staff were always kind, welcoming, and attentive, and it was truly one of the best hospitality experiences. The rooms were spacious and very clean and I would 10 out of 10 recommend this place and we hope to return again in the future!!

The property was beautiful, relaxing, and never felt crowded, making it the perfect place to unwind for the weekend. A special thank you to George, the bellman, who truly made our stay memorable. He was incredibly friendly, welcoming, and especially wonderful with our children. He took the time to interact with them throughout our stay, which made a lasting impression. One moment that stood out was when my son accidentally spilled water in the elevator. George immediately reassured him not to worry about it. A few minutes later, my son was amazed to see that it had already been cleaned up. That simple act of kindness and professionalism meant a lot and showed the level of service we experienced throughout our stay. Another pleasant surprise was the pool area. The cabana beds were available and included with our stay, which added a resort-style experience without any extra cost. We spent hours relaxing by the pool and enjoying the marina views. Overall, the entire team did a fantastic job making us feel welcome and taken care of. Between the excellent service, relaxing atmosphere, family-friendly environment, and great amenities, Waterstone Resort & Marina is a place we would happily recommend and look forward to visiting again.

Not enough self parking, employees where rude front desk where very snobby, paid for a upscale hotel but got holiday inn service, ask for late check out and was told that it would be $150 extra, for 2 hour crazy not even when I stayed in New York I paid that much. I stayed for three nights first night room service closed at 9 pm on a Friday I didn’t understand why so early, I paid extra for breakfast and I was told that I was supposed to eat out side because the (New Zealand soccer team had the only restaurant reserved for them selfs.i would not stay here again
