There was not enough water and coffee in the room and in the lobby

Anthony is warm and friendly. He arranged for a nice room with water views for us. George is energetic and welcoming. The food at the two restaurants and in-room dining are of good quality standard. The amazing staff at the Waterstone Boca Raton made the staycation a wonderful time. I even saw a double rainbow from my balcony!

Ok, outside of a key not working with serveral trips back to the desk, everythng was amazing. Front desk staff conversed about my home town of Boston and sport teams, but my highlight was "George". George was the most personable person I have met in a long time. Fun and caring, but wow what a representative. I'm not sure of his position. I think he took care of the coffee station and water area, etc. He greeted guests in lobby like best friends,and conversation was smoother than a Boca Resort vallet with a Bentley. :) Thanks George -Chris & Lori

Location was beautiful

The draw bridge. Highway over your head will eating.

From the moment my wife and I checked in for our 40th wedding anniversary Anthony greeted us with a smile. The rooms were beautiful and the location was prime. A walk to the beach and a bike ride for exercise around the community to see boats wild life and more... I will surely visit Southeast Florida and patronize this hotel again Thank you Anthony and David. Daniel Kaleal

Excellent staff. George was a breath of fresh air every morning. Had great meals and everybody was pleasant and made us feel welcome. Self parking was easy and convenient. Solid hotel with even greater potential.

The bar and restaurants allow any person to charge their drinks including a handsome $20 gratuity to any random room without checking identification that the person making the charge is actually a guest. Also the maids removed some of my personal belonging from the bathroom and threw them out. I complained and nothing was done to rectify my loss or even a word of apology.
