Waterstone Resort & Marina Boca Raton, Curio Collection by Hilton

There is no better place for service that feels like family- I stay here once a month for work and George always goes above and beyond to make me feel welcome- he is everywhere all at once and always happy to help or just pass a smile by!

Had a great experience. My wife and I stayed two nights and attended an event there on the intercoastal waterway. Bellman George in particular was a delight. He set the tone for our stay by being incredibly personable, in addition to bringing our bags to the room. The valet service was excellent as well.

Having stayed in numerous Hilton hotels for decades, this was the worst experience my husband and I have ever had. The Waterstone Resort is not well maintained (in addition to the issue below, the elevators were broken) and service from the guest experience manager was poor. A jagged piece of metal sticking out of the bottom of our balcony door cut my husband's foot and since he did not go to the hospital, the hotel management refused to make amends stating that they fixed the problem (after the fact) and pointing out that my husband did not go to the hospital. The guest experience manager was absolutely terrible and she was the only one I was repeatedly referred to to deal with the issue. While we were at the hotel we were told the manager was not available and would contact us, she did not. After returning home and waiting a day, I sent an email, then after several days I heard back from her and she asked for documentation and photos. After I sent them I heard nothing back, then after sending another email I was told that I received a response from filling out a survey, which was untrue. If you are injured at this hotel I recommend you take the time to go to the hospital if you have the time (unfortunately we did not), then seek legal support because this hotel will do nothing for you and management does not care. After many attempts to have someone help me, the manager begrudgingly offered one free night for a future stay there. That is useless to us, and we would never risk staying at that The Waterstone Resort again.

Front desk agent was extremely friendly and courteous, David is very efficient, welcoming and helpful. Even if this is a work trip and I hardly used the hotel amenities, Waterstone is highly recommended due to its location and staff.

Check clerk had NO personality what so ever. Despite the renovations that went on from the old Bridge Hotel the rooms had rusty lamps, torn shades and other issues.

Definitely NOT a resort but Hilton labels it as one because of their rewards program. This place pretty much has nothing compared to an actual resort. If you have a boat, that’s a bonus being to doc! The pool and its view of the highway isn’t much relaxing when all you hear and see is traffic. Room are rooms, nothing special but they are clean!!! If you can’t find another place in S FL, keep this one at the bottom for backup.

Chose this Hilton Curio Collection hotel for its location and amenities and was sorry to doing to from 3 days/4 nights and zero housekeeping provided. Had to request towels every. single. day. Poolside is nice but not once did they have enough towels for all the guests even on an overcast day when few were there. Topping that the shower plumbing become inoperable on the 3rd day with a less than acceptable response from the front desk who seemed to think we suddenly forgot how to operate a faucet (it was broken). This Hilton Honors member will be filing a formal complaint with Hilton and recommending this hotel lose its flag.

I have been staying at this hotel for years and this may have been my best trip yet. George and the team at the valet make it so easy to get in and out of the hotel, 100% my fault but I had never tried the food at the hotel yet and after eating at the bar, the team was great at keeping the drinks full and the A5 was absolutely amazing. The views of the ocean and Marina are perfect, the rooms exceptionally comfortable with plenty of space.

Shout out to George (tall gent), on the Concierge team, was super friendly and helpful with suggestions around town.. great experience at the hotel overall would recommend.
