不満に思う点がほとんどない。

I traveled all the way from Canada with my two young children for a 2-night stay at this resort, specifically for the dolphin activities. Unfortunately, this trip turned into a massive disappointment. Upon arrival, we were told there were absolutely no dolphin activities available to book. For a resort that markets these experiences, it is unacceptable that there is no way to call in and pre-book these slots before you arrive. It is unreasonable to expect international travelers to fly across the world on the gamble that a slot might be open. Furthermore, the resort is not English-friendly. When we tried to resolve this with the activity booking staff, they were unhelpful and the language barrier made the situation much worse. We felt completely stranded with zero activities to do for our entire stay. Bottom line: There is zero reason to come to this hotel if you cannot secure the dolphin activities in advance. Unless you speak the local language and live nearby, I would avoid this place.

We had a lovely, long birthday weekend stay (got many Happy Birthday wishes from various staff members, and a lovely, happy birthday song and cake from the friendly staff at the Sailfish Cafe). The resort was beautiful, the service was excellent, and the food at all the restaurants is top-notch. The rooms are a bit dated, but clean and comfortable, and the ocean view is spectacular. This is a family-friendly resort, and there were many families there, as we visited towards the end of the summer season. The children were among the most polite I've encountered in any country I've visited.

員工禮貌客氣，餐點選擇多樣化，而且對小朋友非常友善並且非常安全，救生員都非常專心在顧小孩！很多餐廳做選擇，並且都很美味！

附近較少商店，但基本上飯店內賣點已經很充足！
