子連れ（6,4歳）にはありがたいスタンプラリーやお仕事体験、浅いプールなど満足感高い滞在ができました。食事は大人も子供も満足できる内容です。部屋の水まわりに老朽化を感じたので、宿泊代とのバランスを考えると改善してほしいと思う。

We checked in this afternoon and are pretty disappointed. The room smells like smoke and the carpet is stained. The bathroom smells of urine. This cannot possibly be a 4 star hotel. Our view includes stagnant water on the top of a rusty roof. We knew it would be full of small children so expected that but honestly we would move in a heartbeat if we wouldn’t lose all the money and this place is not cheap.

We stayed here for three nights as a layover. The facilities are nice, but it is geared towards young children and families. The kids want the dolphin experience, and to look at the animals. Unfortunately, the animals are in very cramped and poor conditions showing emotional problems with their captivity either by constantly pacing or swimming back-and-forth in their very small enclosures. The tied up parrot and kookaburra bird in the lobby are in the same situation, but the kids don’t understand that and I think it’s fantastic. I mean come on, Japan is one of the few countries in the world that still hunts whales, so what do they care about these animals? There are lots of tours that are offered and the complementary washer and dryer on each floor is a plus. Of course they have regular laundry Service available as well. They have several restaurants and two, that you can have breakfast in one Japanese and one normal buffet. We ate at the latter and be prepared to take a ticket and wait if you come during a busy time. We waited 15 minutes one morning for a table. The breakfast is quite good with lots of different offerings, including both Asian, Indian and Western. The pools and beach are nice, (workers remove the seaweed every morning ) offering jet skiing, tubing, banana rides, Catamaran rental etc. available for an extra charge. We wanted to rent the catamaran, but unfortunately, we were told that it was too windy so we were a little disappointed, considering we are experienced sailors. All in all a good stay if you can get past, the conditions the animals and dolphins are living in.

Worst experience ever in Okinawa trip. Black out, no air conditioning, but no announce of status. Silent staffs don’t like to talk to their customers. No hospitality. I never recommend this hotel. If I had chose other, our once a year Okinawa trip would have been continued. This hotel stopped it.

Maybe I'd recommend it for families with kids? Still the food is bad/overpriced, expect a lot of screaming and obnoxious noise from children (there are no adult-only areas), the rooms stink and are stained (we were moved and it still stunk), and the customer service is subpar. We were charged twice too because they don't even know how their online bookings work end-to-end. Their concierge service closes early so forget about planning if you arrive at night. Their "star" restaurant (the Umikaji) is advertised as an underwater experience but it just has a tiny aquarium with a vinyl in the background. Hands down the worst hotel experience I have ever had.
