とにかくスタッフ皆さんが素晴らしいホスピタリティ！3歳と1歳を連れて行きましたが3日間ずっとホテル内で過ごしてしまうくらい満喫できました。無料のアクティビティや子供用グッズも沢山あり、子連れにはパーフェクトなホテルです。

朝食が何箇所かある所を1日に何回でも利用していいので、おすすめに書いてあったまず和食のお店で和定食を食べて次に和洋ビュッフェのお店でフルーツ焼きたてパンコーヒーを食べて満喫した。オレンジを自分で絞ってジュースにするのは美味しかったし楽しかった。イルカが可愛かった。

子供連れとして最高のホテルです。クラブサビーの場合はいろんなアクティビティを安く楽しめることとイルカさんと近距離にふれあえておすすめです。 一つだけ不満と言えば、日本料理の彩のランチ待ち時間が長すぎます。11：50から並んで12:01の入店でしたが、ご飯を食べられたのは13:30ごろでした。こんなに待たせているのにご飯が本当に少ないです。結局1階のブッフェに行ってもう一度食べました。 ランチの準備時間はなんとか見直していただければもっと良いです。

スタッフの皆さんどの方もとても親切で明るく丁寧でとても楽しい5日間になりました。今回もサビーカードが利用出来たので、無料でバナナボートが利用出来たり、朝食昼食もついており、温泉も入れたのがとても良かったです。 改善点であれば、お部屋とロビーのみのWi-Fiでは、なくてレストランや、ビーチ、プール、ジムなどにもWi-Fiが飛んでいるととても有難いなと思いました。 そのほかに関しては、全て満点でした！
