Renaissance Okinawa Resort

This resort is designed for Japanese families. Looks are deceiving. Recommend for families. They have a no tattoo policy you must keep tattoos covered up. It is not an English speaking resort so be prepared for difficulties in communication. I was very disappointed with location, communication, but it’s obvious it’s not designed for world wide travelers. Designed for locals wanting a family vacation.

ラウンジの飲み物の補充とアクティビティの枠がもう少しあるといいかな‥と思いました。 小さいお子さまには、とてもいいしお勧めです。

未就学児３人を連れ、家族５人での滞在でしたが、シングル2＋エクストラ1で、子供と同じベッドで寝るには狭く、ベッドをくっつけるなどの対応をして欲しかった。

５歳児を連れての家族旅行で宿泊しました。 いろいろなアクティビティ等がたくさんあり、退屈せずに楽しい時間が過ごせました。 施設、スタッフ共に素晴らしかったです。また行きたいと思える宿泊施設です。

Overall bad experience, three-star hotel at most. The hotel is old, facilities not quite clean. Our pillows have a dirty feet smell, very unpleasant. Even after we asked them to change the pillows, the next day, there is another dirty feet smell pillow!!! Food is not good either. The only ok restaurant is the Four Season one and the Japanese restaurant. But not all restaurants open all the time. Staff is not as friendly to foreigners as to Japanese . Limited English speaking staff

ベル、受付、アクティビティ、レストラン、全てのスタッフの対応が最悪です。 遅い上に待たせてることを悪いと思っていない、必要最低限の説明も無い、パンプに記載の内線に電話をかけても担当じゃ無いとの回答…。 二度と泊まりません。

모든 시설과 액티비티 등 전부만족했습니다. 다만 에어컨에서 냄새가 나서 이 부분은 조금 힘들었습니다.
