我們在沖繩萬麗渡假村住了三天，整體體驗喜憂參半。首先，酒店的位置和外觀都相當不錯，給人一種度假的氛圍。前台接待的服務態度很好，能夠用流利的英語溝通，讓我們感到賓至如歸。然而，其他服務人員的英語水平普遍較差，這在國際化的度假村中略顯不足。 令人失望的是房間狀況。我們入住的房間面積偏小，遠不及預期。最讓人不滿的是洗手間的狀況，明顯老舊且需要翻新。床鋪也不盡如人意，床單上有些許灰色污漬，讓人感覺不太衛生。 我們此行攜帶幼兒，提前通知了酒店需要相應安排。然而，到達後發現房間只有單人床，且沒有提供床圍。當晚我們要求更換雙人床房間，但遭到拒絕，酒店只是額外提供了幾個枕頭作為補償。考慮到我們支付的房價，這樣的服務和設施實在難以令人滿意。 不過，酒店的其他設施倒是相當不錯。對家庭和兒童都很友善。 總的來說，沖繩萬麗渡假村的硬件設施和整體環境還是不錯的，但房間品質和部分服務人員的專業度有待提高。

コンビニが少し遠いのだけ課題です

Who ever manages this hotel, ran either a Japanese pachinko or prison. It is truly one of the most complex hotels to book under the Marriott system, with numerous packages and charges per person (including children of any age). The pros: the young ground staff overall tries to provide decent service and explanations to ALL of the hotel rules. Marine programs can occupy kids for max one day. The cons (only top 5 of many here): 1) absolutely no consideration for Bonvoy members (they even started their own club Savvy, a bit of a joke with all the tiers). 2) there is a charge for everything, so much so that no one can keep track of all of it. You will receive many paper and pamphlets to read the fine print. 3) food is charged at a premium for the old hotel itself, below average in terms of its quality. 4) rooms are small (for Japan this is normal) and out dated, and not great for long stays beyond 2-3nights at most (we had connecting high floor flipper ocean view could hear everything still upstairs and next door). 5) the management training manual only has the word “no” inside there is no need to try to help your customers even though they are in the hospitality business

We had great time at this hotel. All inclusive and geared for families. However, as Bonvoy Ambassador elite members, didn’t receive services typically provided at other Marriott branded hotels. We didn’t get acknowledgment upon check-in. During check out, we waited in a line for over 10 minutes. No elite lines, and even one front desk staff was heads down ignoring the whole situation. I had to get the attention of the ignoring staff to get us checked out so as not to miss the bus to the airport. Also, we were invited to an elite cocktail hours. We got declined to enter the second night due to my husband’s footware. We had the same exact footware both nights. Very unhappy about this. Aside from these, we had a good time. They have the best gift shop in my opinion.

プール好きの子どもだったので楽しめました、

服務人員態度都非常好，英文基本上都可以通喔～～～房間隔音很好～睡眠品質超棒，早餐建議花加錢大人1000日幣、小孩500日幣去吃鐵板法式早餐，超好吃～

子供がとても楽しめました。プールや海はもちろん、レストランでのパフォーマンスや、料理の美味しさ、アクティビティの豊富さ、ショップ、リゾートホテルとして、とても満足でした。
