커플여행보다는 아이가 있는 가족여행으로 추천합니다. 직원들이 모두 친절하고 직원모두 영어능통자들이라 의사소통 수월하였습니다. 돌핀프로그램 만족하나 돌고래가 조금 가여워보였습니다. 호텔에 편의점과 atm기기는 없습니다. 조식은 다양하게 일식 ,양식 으로 적절하게 조화를 이루고 맛있습니다. 아이들은 위한 조식메뉴가 마련되어있어 편하게 이용하였습니다. 생과일착즙기가 있어 아이들이 즐깁니다. 룸 컨디션은 베드는 청결하나 화장실 변기가 건식 분리되어있지 않고 욕조와 같이 있어 조금 불편하였고 욕조가 노후화로 청결하지는 않았습니다. 모든시설에 한국어안내는 없으므로 영어를 참고하시면 될것같습니다. 실내수영장을 이용할수 있어 아이가 좋아했으며 미끄럼틀을 재밌게 놀았습니다. 실내수영장 샤워실내부가 청결하지 못하고 모래가 많이 있어 시설 관리가 미흡니다. 숙박료에 비해 청결상태가 많이 아쉬었습니다. 로비와 엘리베이터만 깨끗합니다 로비앵무새 아이들이 좋아합니다. 공용세탁기와 건조기를 이용할수 있어 좋았습니다. 주차는 지상으로 대로변 반대편에 해야되니 불편합니다.

3世代で初めて利用させて頂きました。部屋も食事も良かったと思います。スタッフの方達の対応も親切でとても気持ち良く過ごせました。機会があればまた利用したいと思いました。

子供向けに特化していると思うがそれで良いと思います。

3泊以上で昼食無料がたすかりました。 小さな子供だけだはなく高校生・中学生の子供にもちょうどいいホテルです。

Stayed here for three nights as part of a longer vacation in Okinawa. Our experience was positive overall after we arrived and settled it. It was very tough to plan and book this hotel though…perhaps the most complicated booking experience of any hotel I have stayed at. There is a bewildering array of options that are super tough to figure out. I read the hotel website, watched YouTube videos, scrolled through TripAdvisor…but it was so hard to understand what room or package gives you access to what benefits and amenities. I ended up booking a club level room as we really value having a lounge when traveling. These rooms are on the top floor (11) which is accessed via a private elevator. The room was decent, with a large balcony. The quality of the fit and finish was a lot better than the photos on the hotel website. There is a major road running close to the hotel. We could hear the noise of trucks whenever we opened our door…the smell of exhaust emissions came into our room too. Thankfully the room was very quiet when the door was closed. There was not a lot of storage in the room plus no options for decaf coffee. Housekeeping was outstanding. They did an excellent job. You do have to request your room to be cleaned otherwise you can decline, and you will receive a daily 1,000 yen voucher that can be redeemed in the Market Place shop. The club lounge was a great disappointment. It is very small, and the food options are extremely limited. What’s worse is they repeat the same food options every meal, every day. Certainly not worth the extra cost associated with securing access. There was no decaf in the coffee machines here either. The staff on the club level were amazing though. Everyone was so super friendly and helpful. Special mention to Sotomura Chiaki and Yoshimi Yuya for their help. Their service was some of the best we have ever received anywhere in the world. We miss them. The hotel is lucky to have them. We had heard that the hotel does not offer complimentary lounge access to qualifying elites. I was, therefore, very surprised to learn that there was a happy hour offered every evening in the Four Seasons bar area. This was extremely nice and upscale. The food provided was almost the same as the food on the Club Level. There was no variation in what was served each night either, but this offering was greatly appreciated. The resort beach is nice with a lot of super helpful beach staff. I was grateful that the indoor and outdoor pools were open which allowed me to swim. The gym is large and varied too but a little tired. In fact much of the outdoor facilities are dated and worn. Note: folks with tattoos must cover them when moving around the resort (which is the norm across Japan). This is not something to contest…the country just doesn’t look favorably on them. We didn’t know what to expect from this property, but we were pleasantly surprised. Don’t think we could have done more than three days though…there is just not enough variety in the food offerings in the lounge or breakfast restaurants.

Awful hotel with awful service. Marriott should be ashamed. They should not be allowed to call themselves Renaissance. Not even peak season and the hotel is far from full but they don't have any rooms with a queen size bed. Only tiny twin beds in all the rooms. Stupid. There's plenty of room for them to put larger beds, even two queen sized beds in these rooms. Marriott lounge for platinum and above members is basically non-existent. No club lounge. You can have a cocktail at the bar and a few not so great snacks. Booked with a deal which guaranteed 20k points and they didn't honor it. Screaming kids everywhere. Even if you're a family it's probably hellish. Japanese Marriotts are awful. They are so much better in every other country, but awful in Japan. Always "sorry, we're not connected to the Marriott system..." Nonsense excuse.

The hotel has its glorious years behind it; it's evident it's old, but the rooms are renovated. I got a superior room on the eighth floor with an amazing view of the sea and the beach. The room is spacious with a balcony and a tea/coffee set. Breakfasts were tasty with a wide variety, and the restaurant selection was also good. Now, a few drawbacks: there was an unpleasant smell (mold) in the room, and it got worse when the air conditioning was turned on. It was impossible to sleep with the window open due to the hotel's location on a busy road, causing significant noise. The beds were not very comfortable, and there were no non-hotel shops or restaurants in the immediate vicinity. The hotel had many families with children, offering various attractions like dolphins and other animals (turtles, toucans, kangaroos), but it was disheartening to see the limited space for the animals. There's a direct bus to the airport and city center twice a day (additional cost). The staff is friendly and helpful, though the language barrier is significant; fortunately, Google Translator comes in handy.
