המלון הכי יפה ומפנק שיש, כל אחד מהעובדים פה פשוט מקסים ותמיד רוצים לעזור במקום אמנם מרוחק מארוגם אבל מושלם לזוגות שרוצים שקט ומקום מפנק וטוב בריכה פרטית בחדר ושירות מקסים נתנו לנו לבשל כי אנחנו אוכלים רק כשר הבינו אותנו ונתנו לנו כל אפשרות בנוסף גם נתנו לנו את הוילה המשופרת למרות שלקחנו חדר פשוט בקיצור מלון מדהים הנהלה מדהימה וכל עובד מקסים תודה רבה על שהות מופלאה!

The staff was very friendly! Unfortunately, this is the only positive aspect to mention. We left the resort right away as this seems to be an abandoned hotel. We had to pay before we saw anything else but the front door and haven't received our money back since.

This place should not even be advertised as a functioning hotel. While the villas may look decent inside at first glance, everything else is in a state of complete neglect. The garden, beach, and hotel grounds are entirely unmaintained, giving the impression of an abandoned property. We were the only guests, which already says a lot. The villas are surrounded by what feels like a construction site, with piles of rubbish scattered around. Instead of an ocean view, all we saw was a damaged fence with several broken sections. The hotel terrace was downright dangerous — one of the wooden boards broke under our feet. The pool was shocking: the water was green, dirty, and completely unusable. Overall, this place is unsafe, unkept, and absolutely not worth staying at. The pictures speak for themselves. We tried to contact the manager on several ways but never received and answer or feedback from them. This is very unfortunate, especially since we have always had such great experiences with Sri Lankan hotels and their wonderful staff, which makes this situation completely unexpected.

A beautiful resort with a beautiful garden and pool right on the beach. A peaceful place where we felt like we were on a deserted island.

We had a fantastic stay at Aprota Villas during our recent trip to Arugam Bay. From start to finish, our experience was exceptional. We stayed in a spacious and beautifully designed Chalet that was both elegant and comfortable. The excellent service was complemented by quality food, which was a highlight of our stay. Priyantha and his team were excellent in providing an exceptional service. We relied on the WiFi throughout our stay and were impressed by how fast and consistent it was from all areas of the property. The property itself is stunning—a true beachfront haven with gorgeous main swimming pool set within lovely, manicured gardens. It’s the ideal choice for anyone seeking a luxurious and peaceful holiday in a breathtaking environment in Arugam Bay. We cannot recommend Aprota Villas highly enough!

Both room and general areas need maintenance. (Pool Deck worn, broken/ rusted handrails, clumsy paint jobs to cover repairs, etc) Given 300€/ night this is sub par. Breakfast is okay, but nothing spectacular. Our next hotel at less than 100€ / night delivered much better options

Mooie kamers met een mooi restaurant. Het zwembad bij de kamer was geweldig en we hebben lekker gegeten.

De prijs kwaliteit verhouding is niet helemaal zoals het zou moeten zijn. Een regendouche die amper werkt en wat loszittende planken op de vlonder bij het zwembad. Voor de prijs die je betaalt verwacht je eigenlijk wel dat alles perfect is.

La prima stanza era sporca, la doccia spargeva acqua su tutto il pavimento, gli asciugamani duri, frigobar vuoto. Ci hanno cambiato la camera, bagno più datato ma almeno doccia con dislivello.
