The room was dirty an bed sheet where not clean . The pool was shut down n older model tv no cable very few channels . Cereal breakfast n cheap muffins . Sink would not drain for hours later . Took two times to flush toilet the wall paper coming off . View was not good . Not enough towels in room after they knew we was a family of three . Phone in room did not work n they did not replace it . If u want a good stay n u have kids I do not recommend this place . Not what it shows in pics online n plus in a bad location too not very safe at night .

Worst hotel ever, I will never stay in anything Wyndham affiliated ever again and I will definitely not ever return here. We checked in fine and got to the room, I was already freaked out and humming hell to the nooo but when we got in the room I said oh hell to the NO NO NOOO and we turned and walked out. Do not stay here.

Hotel is not clean & falling apart! Tub didn’t work!!!

First off, I want to say the front desk staff was very friendly. The condition of the hotel and amenities promised, however, were atrocious. There was no breakfast, the pool was closed, and the wifi wouldn't work in my room so I had to hot spot from my cell the entire stay. I stayed here a few years ago because I loved the quirkiness of the place. At that time they were remodeling so I hoped that the physical condition of the hotel had been improved for this stay, but boy was I wrong. I'm sad to report that the rooms were pretty gross- the decrepit wallpaper, sticky carpet, holes in walls, and about five different types of tile in the bathroom. There was no hairdryer, tiny towels, and the sheets (not really blankets) barely provided comfort. I woke up with a terrible sore throat the day of checkout, and have been sick the week since. I can't help but to think this may have partially been the conditions of the room. Somebody start a go fund me for this place to get it up to it's former glory! There's so much potential in this space, but right now it's downright depressing.

Do not book this hotel! Simply put, disgusting. Felt unsafe, terribly dirty, and the smell…. We’re still waiting for a refund from Hotels dot com. They state they haven't been able to reach the property, so sorry but no refund. Even though the Hotels dot com agent said they’re get me a full refund, when we left 10 minutes after checking in. I even used Hotels dot com to book a different Hotel. It’s been over a week and nothing.

Very run down place in dangerous area. No towels in bathroom, dirty.

The place was run down did not match the pictures! We got charge a night and only was there about 15 mins because it was not safe for two women and my teenage children! The entire place was dirty the hallways was dark and dirty! Our rooms was dirty the beds had dirty stained bedding our bathrooms had mold in the sinks and showers the toliets was down right gross! One of the rooms had tape on the sliding door! The pools and all activity rooms was closed! Was not happy at all! Very disappointed with having to pay for a full night and we didnt even stay! But safety first so we got the heck out of there!

I won’t sugarcoat this: This former Ramada Inn is very old. It was a premier hotel 50 years ago in 1972 when my aunt held her wedding reception here but it looks to have not been updated or renovated since, save for a heavy security camera system. The restaurant is functional but vacant at the moment save for banquet rentals. The pool was shut down for leaks in the roof by Berrien County just before COVID was declared a pandemic. The building is aged and tired - it is slowly falling apart. That said the staff is exceedingly friendly and clearly doing the best they can to maintain it, for how beat up it is the rooms were clean enough and there WERE NO BUGS. Beds were comfy. Old 1980s tube TV didn’t work in our room but YMMV. We slept well. I anticipate this will eventually be closed in a few years probably like the pool was but it’s a solid place to crash on a budget until then. I’d stay here again for the price. One of the only HoJos left in the state of Michigan too.
