We did not stay and would hope to be able to get refunded. The hotel was absolutely horrible. It was filthy! The bed was clearly laid on. Dust and hair everywhere. The bathtub was dingy, grimy, sickening. The elevators and hallways smelled. There were transients in the hallway. People laying in the hallways. The website talked about essential travelers but this requirement was very clearly not being met. The manager was not empathetic and although he offered a different room, why would we stay in a place that was clearly not well kept.

Property slightly run down, however they was showing signs of trying to get things in order...They had people fixing things. The hotel was dirty. The elevator and hallways was the dirtiest. Then room was a little unprofessional...probably perfect for some young kids fresh outta highschool going on a vacation beach adventure and get tor up at night..it would be perfect for a crowd like that ..they probably wouldn't complain.. staff was friendly didn't bother us much. They gave extra towels and extra toilet paper when needed they didn't harass you ... The place just seem like it needed a really good carpet scrubbing some wiping down of the walls , and just a little bit more money put into the place.. I want to say the bed skirt was a king put on a queen so it was kind of draping on the floor that's unprofessional.... If they was to put a little bit more money and bring the place back to life and give the carpets a great carpet cleaning. The place would be decent... It was not rowdy it was not unsafe the two nights we went there... Just a little dirty

Terrible do not stay the pics lie. The pool is closed and the place smells The carpet was wet from the ceiling leaking and you are only aloud to switch rooms ten minutes within check in. No towels in the room you have go ask

This was absolutely the worst place I've ever slept in! Best bonus no bed bugs. Holes in walls,carpet is disgusting, pool closed even though they NEVER said anything at booking! Stains on the bed skirts and curtains, we were so grossed out by tub we didn't even shower, and our sink didn't drain! Oh and we had left overs in our fridge from who knows when, moldy chicken salad!!!! Staff was rude and acted as if the issues were our fault! I see them going under quickly!!!

I stayed in Room 402. It was not clean: the walls of the bathroom were dirty, with numerous stains that may have been blood. The carpet of the bedroom was sticky. The smell was quite uncomfortable: this room was clearly smoked in recently. The room had not been dusted at all recently. The curtains did little to block the light from outside. In short, it was a rough night in a very uncomfortable hotel room. I would advise anyone to stay elsewhere if possible.

Looks terrible

The hotel was so dilapidated looking, and had lots of people just "hanging out" outside the front entrance. It was so scary looking that even though we had 2 non-refundable rooms booked, we didn't stay there. And they weren't cheap. The pool was also not in use, even though the website said otherwise. The pictures of the horel appear to be several years old, as the condition of the hotel is nothing like the ones pictured.

I got to hotel on 7/23 and was greeted with a nasty smell when walking into hotel lobby that was horrible. I asked to see the room before laying my bags down and found floors dirty, bed nast with bugs crawling on it. People lined up wirh there family disappointed royally. Pool was closed and lined with mattresses lined around it. The conditions in this hotel was ertrocious. I want a refund asap. Manager Dave was not helpful at all, telling me and other customers he could not refund our credit.

We ended up not staying. When we got there I had to sign a paper that said you have 10 minutes to decide if you want to stay. That should be your first sign. We walked into our room and it was all downhill from there. There were stains all over the bedding and chairs. Any surface looked like it had never been cleaned. There was still toothpaste on the bathroom counter from who knows when. We were on the 4th floor and there was water damage stains everywhere - there were 5 floors. There must be issues going on in the rooms above us. I reached out to Expedia to get our money back and the front desk person kept hanging up on her. I emailed photos to Expedia and she was was so disgusted. She had to escalate my situation so I don’t know what’s going to happen but DO NOT STAY HERE!!! It is so unsafe and appalling.

Something sticky was stuck in the carpet. The floor was very dirty.Bathroom was filthy. Only provided with one towel and washcloth. Had to go after those. Pop machine was broke, fridge in room was not working. Pool wasn’t open. I was afraid to let my dog on the floor. Dried boogers were all over the walls.No breakfast as advertised. For this I paid $149.00 plus taxes. And $15.00 for your dog to stay.
