"Okay for the night"

Hotel was okay. Seemed a little run down. Area did not seem to be the best. Staff were friendly. Needed to sign waiver about utilizing the pool but didn’t seem to be in working condition. We spent the night while passing through town on a road trip. It met our needs for a clean bed and a shower

"Disaster Stay"

Howard Johnson hotel is a terrible place to stay. Staff was friendly but overwhelmed. Gave me a room key for a room that had the air conditioner siting on the floor. Opps they said we gave u the wrong room. Next room was dirty, only 2 towels no wash cloths for 4 people. Manager gave us 1 more wash cloth and 2 worn out towels. When we left the room we had to update keys every time. Amenity were access to pool which was closed. Wifi slow and breakfast none served.

First room they gave us was dirty and had not been cleaned the second room stunk so bad and the floors in both rooms were filthy the whole place had a bad odor would not even let me dogs stay in this place we left at midnight they refused to return our money

"Not good for family "

Hi the place is way too old and stinking (though the room is claimed to be no smoking room, the whole room , balcony and the towels were with smoke smell It has a tube Tv which doesn’t work AC which makes sound louder than a pick up trucks running engine Kindly suggest hotels.com to delist the place and some offer it to anyone else

Hotel very dirty, no service room, no breakfast like they said, pool was not working, very old, not the same as the pictures. Definitely not recommend.

"So disappointing "

I always read reviews and didn’t this time because we decided to find a place with little notice. It’s exactly the way the other reviews state. Old, worn down, nothing works. We reserved for two people. One towel and one wash cloth. Toilet lid comes off when toilet is flushed. Shower head was hand held and barely worked. No pool or breakfast like advertised. Luckily we were busy and didn’t have to spend time in the room. I would have canceled if everything else wasn’t full. I’ve learned my lesson and will always read reviews!
