we were about to check in but check the pool for the kids and surprisingly the pool is dry,no water. Don't be.dissuade with the faulty advertising on the website! We want to cancel on the spot but .Front desk won't cancel our booking. We left the hotel with my son crying.And we could not cancel our stay with the front personnel either. They could do better by being honest and dont have to dissuade the public.

Nothing staff was rude, place was dirty. Terrible experience. we booked three rooms and got just one, blamed on expedia and nothing got resolved.

This hotel was the worst place my Husband and I have ever stayed! We will never be staying at a Wyndham hotel in the future. The first room we were given had a air conditioner that had blow the outlet and melted the plug. When we went to the desk he was overall nice about getting us a new room but made sure it was clear that it was such an inconvenience to him! In our 2nd room (non-smoking room) we were met with an overwhelming scent of cigarette smoke but since the AC worked, we said screw it, he’s just going to tell us it’s either too big of a deal or that there is no more rooms! Upon further inspection there was cigarette burn marks all over the walls, the bathroom tub was moldy, the bed only had a sheet on it that looked dirty, and there was a shopping bag over the fire alarm. We were so disgusted with the room we used our own blankets on top of the bed so we did t have to sleep directly on it! Overall, worst hotel experience ever! Wyndham will be on our NO GO list for sure!

When we turned up. We were told we had no reservations. Had to pay twice as much. For worse rooms. And honestly. This place is hell on earth. I wouldn’t recommend to my arch nemesis.

Our room did not have electricity and it was dirty and the sheets were disheveled and dirty looking. We asked the manager for another room he said he was fully booked though the parking lot was completely almost empty. He refused to give us a refund and said there was not a room we could stay in. I was horrible experience I’ve ever had at a hotel.

Was not a pleasant stay at all. Pics are not what you get at this hotel. Our room was not cleaned, had NO pillowcases on pillows. No towels in bathroom. Soaps were used and from other hotels. When I asked for pillowcases and towels, they gave me one towel. Stating they ran out because if full rooms. Had to buy towels, and pillow to use. Pool was "temporarily" closed but by looks of it has not been used for a while, there were lamps and desks in there being used as storage room. By far one of the worst stays I have had in a hotel.

Overall, the place is disgusting. Everything is old, dirty, smelly, etc. I paid $100 for 1 king bed for 1 night and it was not worth it at all. The bed didn't even have a fitted sheet on it, there was mold in the bathroom, and the sink clogged and cause the pipes to start leaking. When my boyfriend and I went to check out, we were going to speak with the front desk clerk but there wasn't one... at all. We waited there for at least 5 minutes and no one ever showed up nor was there any way to try to get their attention. So we ended up leaving and tried calling them when we got home to let them know how unhappy we were with our stay and the employee my boyfriend spoke with was the most rude and disrespectful customer service employee and literally told my boyfriend to "shut the f*** up" when my boyfriend was not cursing or even raising his voice at the employee. I will never be staying at this hotel again and I'll be surprised if this place is still in business 5 years from now.

Normally, I would never even consider walking away from a non-refundable stay at a place I had booked online that had a reasonable rate and ok reviews. I knew driving up that the place was in rough shape, but I gave the benefit of the doubt and I really wanted to treat myself in an otherwise beautiful area. Long story short: Awful odor in hallways and room (stale smoke), zero updates in rooms..bad carpet. Sheets old. Poor quality pillows. Dead bird on the patio. Entire pool area closed and filled with piles of junk, even though a pool was advertised. I am not an overly fussy person by any means, but I felt unsafe with the surroundings. And even though I knew I paid $113 for the night I left after 10 minutes.

It sucked, I would rather stay in the projects on section 8 it was uncleaned, nasty and bugs and roaches and pool shut down by health dept as well as hottub, the free breakfast was bad coffee with not even cream and literally that was it. DO NOT STAY HERE PEOPLE

The stay here was awful the first thing we seen pulling up was a man sleeping in the parking lot. Then we went to check in and the man at the desk I belive his name was dave was rude. Then we get to the room we had the poolside view we planned to swim but the pool was closed, but that wasnt the worst part the pool area was filled with beds and lamps from other rooms. In our room we couldnt take a shower because the tub and shower was so disgusting. There was a giant whole in the wall with a board barely covering it, and 160 a night for this place is definitly way overpriced.
