I didn't like that the elevator did not work, the pool was closed and dirty. I could not secure my room in a safe manner. There was blood in the shower. There was mold and water around the window. The blind was destroyed. there were cigarette burns in the furniture. I am a disabled veteran and have health issues and had to carry all my families things up two flights of stairs. The AC didn't work either. This property also was a long term stay for the homeless which was not on the property website. I am disgusted by everything that I have seen and was not impressed at all. The safety and security of my family should not be jeopardized for a weekend getaway. DO NOT STAY HERE IF YOU ARE LOOKING FOR A BUDGET FRIENDLY AND SAFE HOTEL. I have had to fight to get my refund and deposit back. The property said that they had contacted booking.com but are being difficult. The lady at the desk when I called about my refund was rude as well.

Room was dirty - visible poop stains on the seat. Stains on the pillows and sheets. Musty smell throughout. There’s a sign at reception saying the property is 100% smoke free, which is hilarious since you’re greeted by nothing but weed smoke everywhere in the building. There’s no elevator and the stairwell is sketchy. The deadbolt on the room door doesn’t work. The room door has a clear inch opening under it, which makes it very uncomfortable. Booked for two nights, ended up staying one - just couldn’t fathom staying another night. Also, photos make you think it’s okay- do not fall for it like I did.

Great location, easy to find.

A lot of random people hanging out in the parking lot all hours. People can up to us trying to sell us drugs. Could use a good clean and vacuuming.

Not too much I can say I liked. Our second time staying there, the first time was quite pleasant but this time it was a complete nightmare 😞

I kept trying to call morning of, couldn't get through, when I finally did I heard tons of commotion involving 911 n the law... When I arrived, was told elevator was broken to the 3rd floor I was staying on... Ok. But then when I got to my room, the beds looked slept in already (hair and dirt). I asked for my beds to be remade, I got handed sheets to make myself. They asked me what size beds I said two doubles they handed me kings or something way too big but I made due. The part that really topped it off was I found drug paraphernalia (choy boy) in the drawers and I'm 6 years in recovery.... Housekeeping really needs to step their game up. When checking out, I asked about my 50 deposit and they said it would be returned in 7 days.... Smh. It was a nightmare. When the guy made me follow him to the laundry room to get my sheets I asked him the closest way to get back to the third floor The directions I got was go straight I got so lost and could not find stairs to get back to my room and had no phone on me... It was bizarre. I had a major breakdown within 20 minutes of being there n went to relax. Would not recommend.
