The staff was phenomenal!!! The front desk staff was so helpful. The shuttle to and from the mall was wonderful after a long day, I didn’t have to worry about traffic for dinner, just amazing!!! The staff was very knowledgeable about events and attractions in the area which helped a lot since we had a whole day to ourselves.

One night we heard sirens and maybe the need for a few more luggage carts. Absolutely nothing that the staff had control over though.

"Just What We Needed"

This Crabtree Mall Hampton Inn&Suites was great! Easy to make our reservation a day prior, allowed our dog, prime location, clean/comfortable room, breakfast and kind/professional staff at the front desk.We felt safe and welcomed to be there. I’d definitely stay here again.
