DO NOT STAY. Mold in shower, on shower curtain, tub jets. Dirt/urine on base and around sides of toilet. Drapes do not work; lights flicker. HVAC right next to bed goes on and off all night. Dirty mini fridge, dirty/stained throw rug, stained throw pillows, worn furniture, saggy pull out couch, left-behind clothes in dresser, dead bugs in corners. Stayed in master executive suite south tower. Asked for housekeeping the night we arrived; gone for the day. Front desk did not seem surprised or seem to care. Eventually they sent the van driver (who also helps with other things) up to remove left-behind clothes and vacuum the rug (didn’t make a noticeable difference). He cleaned the goo off the top shelf of interior fridge door but missed the goo in the bottom of fridge. Spoke to very nice young man at front desk while checking out; he gave us a knowing smile and shook his head as he was well aware of the issues.

The beds were very uncomfortable. Also, the heater fan was really loud and disruptive.

The room we had was very spacious.The fireplace was nice and the bathroom was beautiful. The bed was very comfortable.

The pool was a major reason why we chose to stay at this hotel. We were not told it was out of order until we checked in. We expressed our disappointment and was told no credit or refund would be available for our inconvenience. I feel the company should have sent an email to advise us ahead. Lobby coffee was cold.

Hotel lobby area had zero heat. Front desk said it’s not working, 15 degrees outside. Our room was 53 degrees when we walked in. Wall heater wasn’t working. Gave us a new room. Bathroom fan cannot be shut off, had to listen to that all night. Loudest fan I’ve ever heard. There are power strips all over, barely any outlets in the room. This hotel was nice once but is not being maintained properly, very run down. I’d recommend staying somewhere else. I think others know this as the place was very empty.
