Hotel Ithaca

Good location, friendly staff, very very clean

The room was clean and comfortable. The hotel was relatively quiet despite being heavily booked. Many shops and restaurants are in close walking distance.

Booked through Booking.com. The hotel charged me a 2nd time. They corrected it immediately when I called. Parking wasn't the greatest. It seems they have more rooms than spots in the lot especially if you have a larger vehicle

Check in was smooth

Room was mostly East facing. the drapes were broken and would not close so the room could not be made dark enough to sleep comfortably. The bathroom was nice but the hotel provided no shampoo

Free parking. A good walking location to restaurants and shops. The staff was nice. The room was clean.

Our room smelled a bit like old cigarettes and the chair at the desk had the vinyl peeling off.

Certainly located to downtown area and Cornell University and restaurants. Staff friendly and very knowledgeable about the area. Our room was clean and comfortable. Bar and grille service was very good, bartender stayed open longer to accommodate our late arrival.

Guest room furniture could use a refresh, put nice and functional.
