"A very nice place to stay on our road trip"

The room had been recently renovated so the furnishings were very nice. A very comfortable room.

The room had a very strong smell of perfume. Almost like a bathroom air freshener

Very clean room and nice facilities.

The room was cold and it was difficult for the heater to heat it up. It was on too long. Not the fault of the hotel, they would have to spend a lot to change the HVAC.

"High expectations not entirely met."

At first we noticed no hairdryer & no iron. Remedied later very quickly! Staff personable. Enjoyed the EB bar! Good attempt to upscale the whole motel!

Not always had a person at the front & had to go to the EB bar to request someone to step up. Not organized— forgot they turned down a request to clean my room and offered to do the next day—- they did not do it!!!!! No new towels or new sheets! Very bad way to run the place—- write it down! Then do it!!! Happened day before checked out— very bad ending to the stay.
